It should not be too much or too little. If there is too much oil, most of the friction heat inside the bearing cannot be taken away, which will not play an effective role in heat dissipation, and will also increase the temperature rise of the bearing; if there is less oil, it will cause the bearing oil film to rupture and dry friction, burn the bearing.2. During the use of the horizontal slurry pump, the seal failed due to packing wear, and the slurry leaked along the shaft seal. The slurry instantly filled the semicircular positioning hole curved surface of the bracket and the rear pump shell. The slurry discharged from the discharge port could not be sealed into the oil pool through the water barrier plate, causing bearing damage.During daily maintenance, attention should be paid to regularly detecting the leakage of shaft seal water. When the leakage amount increases, the bolts of the filler gland should be adjusted, and the packing and failed O-rings should be replaced in time to prevent leakage slurry from leaking from the waterproofing plate sealing into the bracket oil tank along the shaft.3. Long-term use of horizontal slurry pump causes scaling on the surface of the cooler pipe wall, resulting in poor heat transfer; the cooling water volume is small or no cooling water is added.Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the bearing cooling water pressure and flow rate are suitable. Generally, the cooling water pressure of the horizontal slurry pump is 0.05~0.2MPa, and the cooling water flow rate is 1~3m3/h. Change the scaling cooler in time, turn on the cooling water before the pump starts to adjust the pressure to the specified value, check the bearing temperature rise (35℃) regularly, and the highest temperature shall not be greater than 75℃.The minor problems with these horizontal slurry pumps will have a great impact over time and should be inspected in time and repaired in time to ensure their normal use.1. If the above problems occur, the blockages in the impeller bolts should be cleaned in time; check the tightening of the pump on the basis of the pump, and the anchor bolts should be firm and reliable.3. Generally, the bearings of the slurry pump are lubricated and cooled by a dilute oil, and the oil is also cooled by a built-in surface cooler. The cooler material is pure copper tube, and the cooling medium is circulating water.When the surface of the cooler pipe wall is fouled, it will cause poor heat transfer and lead to poor cooling effect.Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the bearing cooling water pressure and flow rate are suitable. Generally, the cooling water pressure of the slurry pump is 0.05-0.2MPa and the cooling water flow rate is 1-3m/h. Lubrication has an important impact on the fatigue life of rolling bearings and friction, wear, temperature rise, vibration, etc.By lubrication of various parts of the bearing, friction and wear can be reduced.When the lubricant oil is not clean, too much oil or too little oil, and the oil ages and deteriorates, the bearing heat will be greater than before during operation. Too much oil is prone to leakage. At the same time, too much lubricant cannot take away most of the friction heat inside the bearing, and it will not play an effective role in heat dissipation, causing the bearing temperature to increase; too little oil will cause the bearing oil film to rupture and dry friction, burning the bearing.The oil volume should be adjusted strictly in accordance with the pump instruction manual, and regularly check whether the oil level in the bracket is suitable. The correct oil level should not exceed 2mm near the oil level line. If the oil seal fails or oil leakage occurs, the oil volume should be replenished in time.
