Bearing Assembly

Liners

Includes Front Liner and Back Liner.

Stuffing Box

•Function: Wrap the flow channel, protect the internal components, and guide the flow of the slurry.
•Material: High chromium alloy or rubber, with high wear resistance.
•Features: Thick-walled structural design, which can effectively cope with high-concentration and high-abrasion conditions.

Pump Shaft

•Function: Connects impeller and drive unit, transmits power.
•Material: High-strength alloy steel, heat-treated to improve strength and corrosion resistance.
•Characteristics: Stable structure, smooth operation, avoid bending and breaking.

Shaft Seals

Seals includes Packing Seal, Mechanical Seal, and Expeller Seal.
•Function: Prevent slurry from leaking out of the pump, protect bearings and volute liner.

Expeller

•Function: In the secondary expeller seal, the secondary expeller utilizes centrifugal force to reduce the pressure of the slurry on the sealing area and prevent leakage.

Features: No need for external water seal, effectively reducing maintenance costs.

Shaft Sleeve

•Function: Protect the pump shaft and reduce the wear of slurry on the pump shaft.
•Material: Various types of stainless steels or steel coated with ceramics.
•Features: Easy to replace, reduce pump shaft maintenance cost.

Volute

•Function: Convert the kinetic energy of the impeller into pressure energy and direct the flow of slurry to the outlet.
•Material: High chrome alloy or wear-resistant rubber.
•Characteristics: Thick wall design, excellent wear resistance.

Discharge Flange

•Function: Connects the pump with the delivery pipe to ensure the smooth delivery of fluids.
•Material: High strength metal.
•Features: Available in different standards such as ANSI/ASME, DIN, etc., to meet customers' different requirements.

Pump Body

•Function: Secures the liners and pump casing, providing protection for internal components.
•Material: Grey or ductile Iron.
•Features: Robust and easy to install.
