CNSME rubber lined slurry pumps are engineered to outperform conventional rubber-lined designs. By combining natural rubber, Cabot carbon black, and advanced nano-scale wear-resistant additives, the pump achieves superior elasticity, tear resistance, and cavitation resistance.
Compared with metal-lined slurry pumps, the rubber-lined structure offers enhanced corrosion resistance, lower weight, easier maintenance, and significantly reduced life-cycle costs.

The 4/3D-AHR is equipped with a high-strength natural rubber liner enhanced with carbon black and wear-resistant nano additives, offering excellent abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and cavitation resistance. It is especially suitable for acidic and alkaline slurry applications.

4/3D-AHR Rubber lined Slurry Pump The elastic deformation of the rubber liner absorbs the kinetic energy of solid particles, extending the service life to 2–3 times longer than that of conventional rubber liners and significantly reducing replacement frequency.

Compared with metal-lined slurry pumps, the 4/3D-AHR features a lighter structure, easier maintenance, and lower manufacturing and operating costs, resulting in a reduced total life-cycle cost.
