The horizontal wear-resistant slurry pump adds a self-priming tank, so that the inlet of the slurry pump is connected to the bottom of the self-priming tank, and the top of the self-priming tank is connected to the suction tube and the suction tank. Before the slurry pump is started, the self-priming tank will be filled with clear water or slurry. After starting, some of the liquid in the tank will be discharged. Because the self-priming tank is an airtight container, the discharge of the slurry will form a certain vacuum. At this time, the atmospheric pressure will press the slurry in the slurry tank into the self-priming tank to form a circulation. At this time, it is necessary to note that the liquid level in the self-priming tank should be higher than the liquid level of the suction port of the slurry pump, which has achieved the purpose of providing slurry to the slurry pump, so as to ensure that the slurry pump can operate normally and continuously, and the slurry in the slurry tank is emptied by the upsuspended function of the slurry pump. After the use of the slurry pump is suspended, the pump and the self-priming tank need to be backflushed with a flushing water pipe. This is to prevent the deposition of slurry in the slurry pump and the self-priming tank. If the slurry pump is started again, the liquid level in the self-priming tank is always higher than the inlet of the slurry pump, and there is no need to pour the pump, and it can be started.Axial seal part: 1. Sub-impeller shaft seal: The impeller is acted by a reverse centrifugal force to prevent leakage of the slurry. When the positive pressure value of the pump inlet is not greater than 10% of the pump outlet pressure value, a single-stage pump or a multi-stage first-stage pump in series can be used for secondary impeller shaft sealing. The secondary impeller shaft seal does not require shaft sealing water, does not dilute the ore slurry, and the shaft sealing effect is good.It can be used when the slurry is not allowed to be diluted.2. Packing shaft seal: Packing shaft seal is the most common type of seal. It has a simple structure, is convenient for maintenance and is cheap, but it must use shaft seal water. For working conditions that are not suitable for use with secondary impeller shaft seals, filler shaft seals can be used.3. Mechanical seal: Mechanical seals are generally used when sealing requirements are relatively high, especially in the chemical industry. Not only does the slurry not leak, but it is also not allowed to enter the pump body. The disadvantage of mechanical seals is that they are costly and difficult to maintain.Transmission part: The horizontal wear-resistant slurry pumps all use the same series of transmission parts, including brackets and bearing components. The pump shaft has a large diameter, good rigidity, short cantilever, and will not bending or vibrate under harsh working conditions. The bearing uses heavy-duty single-row or double-row tapered roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings according to the different power transmitted, which can withstand the maximum axial and radial loads of the pump. The bearing is lubricated with grease, and there are sealed end covers, labyrinth sleeves and labyrinth rings at both ends, which can effectively prevent ore slurry and other dirt from entering the bearing, ensuring the safe operation of the bearing and having a high life.
