During the application process, you must pay attention to reasonable design, correct calculation, and appropriate selection. These points are very important.1. Before departure, the pump inlet valve should be opened and the pump outlet valve should be closed.Then start the pump, and then slowly start the pump outlet valve after the pump is started. The size and speed of the pump outlet valve should be controlled by the fact that the pump does not vibrate and the motor does not exceed the rated current.2. Start with a pump in series, and follow the above methods.After opening the first-stage pump, you can open the outlet valve of the last-stage pump a little (the opening size is 1/4 of the rated current of the first-stage pump motor), and then start the second-stage three-stage pump one after another. After all the series pumps are started, you can gradually open the outlet valve of the large last-stage pump. The speed of the valve opening should be controlled by the fact that the pump does not vibrate and the motor of any one-stage pump is not exceeding the rated current.3. The under-liquid slurry pump mainly aims at conveying flow. The operation monitoring system is equipped with a flow meter (meter) to monitor whether the flow meets the requirements at any time; it is also required that there is a certain pressure at the pipeline outlet in the cyclone pipeline system, slag flushing system, and filter pressing and dewatering system.This system should also be equipped with a pressure gauge to monitor whether the pressure meets the requirements.4. In addition to monitoring the flow and pressure during operation, the motor must also be monitored not to exceed the motor's rated current.Monitor whether oil seals, bearings, etc. are conducting normal conduction, whether pumps are evacuated or overflowed, etc., and deal with them at any time.5. The pump has a liquid depth of 2000mm. The pump is connected to the motor through an elastic coupling. From the direction of the prime mover, the slurry pump under the liquid rotates clockwise.
