What should we pay attention to when handling the liquid slurry pump?  The liquid slurry pump is actually a power equipment that provides energy for most industries.It transfers the mechanical energy of the motor at high speed through the pump blades and converts it into the pressure and kinetic energy of the pumped fluid.The main working parts are the impeller and the casing. The impeller device in the casing is located on the shaft and is connected to the prime mover to form a whole.When the prime mover drives the impeller to rotate, the blades in the under-liquid slurry pump impeller force the fluid to rotate, that is, the blades do work on the fluid in its direction of movement, thereby forcing the pressure potential and kinetic energy of the fluid to increase.At the same time, under the action of inertial force, the fluid flows from the middle to the edge of the impeller, and flows out of the impeller at a very high speed, enters the pressure outlet chamber, and is discharged through the diffusion pipe. This process is called the water pressurization process.At the same time, since the fluid in the middle of the impeller flows toward the edge, a low pressure zone is formed in the middle of the impeller. When it has sufficient vacuum, under the action of the pressure at the suction end (usually atmospheric pressure), the fluid enters the impeller through the suction chamber. This process is called the water absorption process.Due to the continuous rotation of the impeller, the fluid is also continuously discharged and sucked in, forming a continuous work.It is mainly suitable for mining, power plants, dredging, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and petroleum industries. The handling work of the under-liquid slurry pump is usually divided into two situations. The detailed handling problems are as follows: 1. When there is a packaging box during lifting: 1. It is prohibited to cause impact on the bottom or side of the box.2. The entire packaging box cannot be over-tilted.3. It is not allowed to place the packaging box on objects with sharp edges.4. It is strictly forbidden to lift it upside down.2. When carrying a packaging box for lifting: 1. The lifting center of gravity should be located at the side hole of the suspension close to the pump head.2. The parts where the wire rope and the pump body come into contact should be protected by soft pads.3. Ensure the balance of the whole machine.4. When lifting the slurry pump under the liquid, lift it at two positions near the side of the volute.5. Take it lightly when transporting.6. Pay attention to the fact that the slurry pump under the liquid should not have severe collisions.
