Which parts of the desulfurization pump need to be maintained in a key way?The desulfurization pump is a single-stage single suction centrifugal pump, which mainly consists of a pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, motor bracket, bearing seat, bottom plate, intermediate pipe, liquid outlet pipe, bearing sleeve cover, bearing cap, bearing and coupling, etc.The pump adopts a column pin coupling, and the pump body, pump cover, connector, bearing seat, and bearing sleeve cover are formed into one and fixed on the bottom plate. Its main structural components include shaft seal and impeller bearing.The maintenance method of each component is: 1. Shaft seal part: The shaft seal needs to be regularly checked for seal water pressure and water volume, always keep a small amount of clean water flowing along the axis, regularly adjust the filler gland, check and replace the filler regularly, and the water pressure and water volume of the shaft seal should meet the shaft seal inspection requirements.2. Impeller part: In order to make the pump run, the gap between the impeller and the front guard must be adjusted in time. When adjusting the gap between the impeller, stop the pump first, loosen the bolts that tighten the bearing box, loosen the adjustment nuts, and move the bearing assembly forward. At the same time, rotate the shaft with the hand-turning shaft in the direction of the pump until the impeller and the front guard plate are rubbed. Then use the adjustment bolt to move the rotor backward, record the front and rear movement gaps, and evenly distribute them between the front and rear guard plates of the impeller, and reach the equal gap between the impeller and the front guard plate and the rear guard plate.And tighten the two dust discs and tighten them on the shaft.After adjustment, before starting again, you must recheck whether the impeller rotates normally, whether the bearing assembly compression bolts are tightened, and then start the pump.3. Bearings need lubrication: When assembling the bearing components, if they are correctly assembled, the lubricating oil will be appropriate, and the maintenance will be timely, and the transportation life will be longer.Therefore, maintenance personnel should regularly inspect the bearing components and check the conditions of bearings and lubricating oil. During operation, lubricating oil must be added or replaced regularly, and lubricating oil should be added reasonably and promptly.4. The standby pump should rotate the shaft 1/4 turn every week to make the bearings of the desulfurization pump evenly bear static loads and external vibrations.
