Causes of fast wear: poor construction environment (large particles), long conveying distance, and long water inlet pipelines.Solution: Replace the sand field, add afterburner units, shorten the length of the water inlet pipe to reduce cavitation.4. Reasons for fast wear of the impeller journal: low head of the high-pressure water pump, dislocation of the pack, and different centers of the pump shaft and the back cover.Daily maintenance of submersible slurry pumps: 1) The bearing water pressure and water volume must meet the regulations. Adjust (or replace) the tightness of the filler at any time, and do not cause shaft seal leakage.And replace the submersible slurry pump shaft sleeve in time.2) When replacing the bearing, it is necessary to ensure that the bearing assembly is free of dust and the lubricating oil is clean. The bearing temperature during the operation of the submersible slurry pump is generally not exceeding 60-650C, and the height is not exceeding 750C. 3) It is necessary to ensure the coaxiality between the motor and the submersible slurry pump, ensure that the elastic pad in the coupling is complete and correct, and should be replaced in time after damage.4) Ensure that the submersible slurry pump components and pipeline systems are installed correctly and firmly and reliably.5) Some parts of the submersible slurry pump are consumable parts. In daily use, pay attention to the loss of consumable parts and repair or replace them in time.During the repair or replacement of consumable parts of the submersible slurry pump, it is necessary to ensure that the assembly is correct and the clearance is adjusted reasonably to avoid the occurrence of tight friction.6) The suction pipeline system of the submersible slurry pump must be free of air leakage, and during operation, you should pay attention to whether the suction port is blocked.The medium required for submersible slurry pumps mostly contain solid particles, so the barrier placed in the pump pool should meet the requirements of the slurry pump to pass through the particles, reducing the possibility of excessively large particles or long fiber materials entering the pump body and causing clogging.
