The 4/3D-AH is equipped with metal liners and a metal impeller, providing excellent wear resistance for highly abrasive slurry applications in mining, mineral processing, coal and other industries. It uses a D3147 impeller with a 245 mm diameter, a maximum speed of 2750 rpm and a maximum passage size of 36 mm. The 4/3D-AHR features polymer liners and a polymer impeller, using a D3147R impeller with a 215 mm diameter, a maximum speed of 1950 rpm and a maximum passage size of 28 mm. The two configurations allow users to select suitable wet-end materials according to slurry concentration, particle characteristics, abrasiveness and operating conditions.
