General Introduction
▶ZGB pumps are heavy duty hard metal slurry pumps mainly used for thermal power plants, mining, coal washing, metallurgy, petrochemical, building material, dredging, and other industrial departments, etc.
▶The ZGB pumps rotating speed is fixed, 740r/min or 980r/min or 1480r/min. Less power consumption is realized by DC (Direct connection) design. The capacity and head of the pump can be adjusted by altering the outer diameter of impeller. The higher the speed is, the smaller the impeller will become.
▶ZGB pumps are mostly seen in use in series to achieve higher discharge heads.
▶ The metric bearing is lubricated by oil: scientific lubricating and cooling system ensure that the bearing operates under low temperature.
▶The wet parts adopt interchangeable anti-abrasive and anti-corrosive alloy material.
