2. Unlevel installation of the pump is also one of the reasons for blockage. During installation and operation, the level of the pump body should be checked to ensure its normal operation.

3. Cavitation is also a factor that causes the unbalancing of the pump impeller, which then will cause blockage problems. At this time, the installation height should be lowered, the outlet valve should be adjusted smaller, and the inlet resistance should be reduced to reduce the impact of cavitation.

4. Uneven air intake in the suction pipe may also cause blockage of the slurry pump. To improve this situation, the pump feeding should be strengthened to improve the uniformity and stability of the air intake.

5. Excessive bearing clearance of the slurry pump may cause increased pump vibration, which will lead to blockage problems. During daily operation, attention should always be paid to the condition of the pump.
