When performing maintenance, first remove the pump from the water storage tank, and then remove the motor, frame and pump housing in turn.After removal, remove the lower sleeve and impeller, then loosen the upper bearing seat, 6 hex bolts, and pull the main pump shaft and bearing parts together for maintenance.During this step, pay attention to the corrosion protection layer on the pump shaft.2. When replacing the bearing and pump shaft, first remove the round nut and coupling at the upper end of the slurry pump shaft, loosen the 12 screws on the upper and lower bearing covers, and then push the bearing upwards.3. After maintenance and replacement of the consumable parts, install the bearing seat and the bearing together on the upper part of the pump shaft, seal the upper and lower bearing covers, install the coupling and tighten the circular nut to correct the bending of the pump shaft. Insert the bearing seat of the pump down into the pump body, and then install the bearing seat on the middle seat.Adjust the gap between the impeller and the upper and lower pump housings.Place the impeller, lower sleeve, impeller and cover on the pump together with the phenolic glue.On the shaft, after curing the phenolic cement, install the lower pump cover. After assembly is completed, turn the pump shaft on the coupling by hand to see if it is normal.We need to regularly perform similar maintenance of the slurry pump and keep detailed records during use so that it can be easily repaired in the future if there is a failure.
