After maintenance and replacement of the consumable parts, install the bearing seat and the bearing together on the upper part of the pump shaft, seal the upper and lower bearing covers, install the coupling and tighten the circular nut to correct the bending of the pump shaft. Insert the bearing seat of the pump down into the pump body, and then install the bearing seat on the middle seat.Adjust the gap between the impeller and the upper and lower pump housings.Place the impeller, lower sleeve, impeller and cover on the pump together with the phenolic glue.On the shaft, after curing the phenolic cement, install the lower pump cover. After assembly is completed, turn the pump shaft on the coupling by hand to see if it is normal.We need to regularly perform similar maintenance of the slurry pump and keep detailed records during use so that it can be easily repaired in the future if there is a failure.
