The cavitation performance of the pump changes relatively smoothly as the flow rate increases, so the centrifugal slurry pump has a new wear law.Under the same conditions, the service life of the centrifugal slurry pump is 1 to 3 times longer than that of the general impurity pump.For general impurity pumps, their performance gradually deteriorates as the slurry concentration increases.The hydraulic design of the centrifugal slurry pump fully takes into account the movement of solids (including concentration, particle size, shape, etc.), and still has good hydraulic performance when transporting high concentration (general weight concentration \u0026gamma;G can reach 60~70%) slurry, meeting the high concentration requirements of the process flow.Therefore, centrifugal slurry pumps are suitable for the requirements of conveying high-concentration slurry.Please use your centrifugal slurry pump safely: 1. Inspection before the centrifugal slurry pump is running 1) Check that the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the rotation direction specified by the centrifugal slurry pump (please refer to the corresponding model manual).When testing the rotation direction of the motor, the motor should be tested separately and must not be connected with the pump.2) Check whether the elastic pad in the coupling is complete and correct.3) Check whether the rotation of the motor shaft and the centrifugal slurry pump are concentric.4) The pump should not be tight or friction when using a hand-drawn car (including motor).5) Check whether bearing oil is added to the bearing box to the position indicated by the oil mark.6) Before starting the centrifugal slurry pump, the shaft sealing water must be opened (mechanical sealing is cooling water), and the inlet valve of the centrifugal slurry pump must be expanded and the outlet valve of the pump must be closed.7) Check whether the valve is flexible and reliable.8) Others, such as anchor bolts, flange seals and bolts.Whether the pipeline system, etc. are installed correctly, firm and reliable.2. Start-up and operation of the centrifugal slurry pump and monitor: 1) Before starting the centrifugal slurry pump, the pump inlet valve should be opened and the pump outlet valve should be closed.Then start the pump, and then slowly start the pump outlet valve after the centrifugal slurry pump is started. The size and speed of the pump outlet valve should be controlled by the fact that the pump does not vibrate and the motor does not exceed the rated current.2) The start of the series pump also follows the above method.After opening the first-stage pump, you can open the outlet valve of the last-stage pump a little (the opening size should be 1/4 of the rated current of the first-stage pump), and then start the second-stage three-stage pump one after another. After all the series pumps are started, the outlet valve of the large last-stage pump can be gradually opened. The speed of the valve opening should be controlled by the fact that the pump does not vibrate and the motor of either stage pump exceeds the rated current.3) The centrifugal slurry pump mainly aims to transport flow, so a meter is installed in the operation monitoring system to monitor whether the flow meets the requirements at any time; in the pipeline system, slag flushing system, and filter pressing and dewatering system equipped with cyclone, it is also required that there be a certain pressure at the pipeline outlet.Therefore, a pressure gauge should also be installed in such a system to monitor whether the pressure meets the requirements.4) In addition to monitoring the flow and pressure during operation, the centrifugal slurry pump must also monitor the motor not to exceed the motor's rated current.Monitor whether oil seals, bearings, etc. are conducting normal conduction at any time, whether centrifugal slurry pumps have evacuated or overflowed pools, etc., and deal with them at any time.
