The pump under the liquid is flooded with part of the water in the liquid, the shaft seal has no leakage, and it occupies a small area, is quiet and noise-free, is firm in application, is convenient for maintenance, and has strong corrosion resistance.
The column motor of the liquid pump is tightened on the motor base with anchor bolts, and is connected to the pump immediately through an elastic coupling, pump transmission system, pump housing, management center reception, pump frame, drain pipe, and pipe flange. It is connected by anchor bolts to form an integrated connection and is fixed on the bottom plate. All personnel of the liquid pump are installed on the vessel through the bottom plate. The radial force and axial force of the pump, including the water working pressure often generated during the pump operation, the centrifugal impeller and motor rotor component, etc., are all received by the single-sided thrust ball bearings and single-row centripetal ball bearings in the rolling bearing box; and the drag guide shaft are all received to ensure the safety of the pump. The rolling bearings are smooth with unsalted butter, and the rolling bearings are smooth with the liquid transported.
When the pump under the liquid is working, the liquid level must be higher than the axis of the centrifugal impeller. The length of the extending vessel L is different, and it is divided into a management center guide rolling bearing structure and a management center guide rolling bearing structure without management center guide rolling bearing. The liquid pump is made into a specification model based on the different length of the inlet vessel (usually 1 to 1.5m).
