After the operation is stopped, the population valve of the pump should be closed, and the valves of the auxiliary system should be closed in turn after the pump cools down.2. Parking should be carried out according to the provisions of the equipment technical documents. After parking, you should turn half a turn of 20 to 30 minutes until the pump body temperature drops to 50℃.3. When parking, when there are no special requirements, the pump should be filled with liquid frequently; the suction valve and discharge valve should remain normally open; a low-temperature pump with dual-end mechanical sealing is adopted, and the liquid level controller and the sealing liquid in the pump sealing chamber should maintain the grouting pressure of the pump.4. For pumps that convey media that are easy to crystallize, solidify, and precipitate, they should prevent blockage after stopping the pump, and flush the pump and pipelines with clean water or other media in time.5. Exhaust the liquid accumulated in the pump to prevent rusting and freezing of the spiral centrifugal pump.
