High chromium content: Generally, the chromium content is above 26%, such as the chromium content in A05 material is between Cr26%-27%, and the chromium content in A61 material is between Cr30%-32%.
Other elements: In addition to chromium, it also contains a certain amount of carbon, molybdenum, manganese and other elements. The carbon content is usually around 2.5%-3.5%, the molybdenum content is between 3.0%-3.5%, and the manganese content is between 2.0%-2.5%.

High hardness and wear resistance: Chromium can form carbides with high hardness with carbon, such as (Fe,Cr)C3 type carbides, and its hardness can reach HV1200-1800, making high chromium alloys have excellent wear resistance and can effectively resist the wear of solid particles in the slurry to the pump body overflow components. When dealing with abrasive slurry with high concentration and high hardness, it can maintain a good working state for a long time to reduce the frequency of replacement of parts.
Good corrosion resistance: Cr2O3 can form a dense oxide film on the surface of the alloy. This oxide film has good stability and corrosion resistance, and can resist the corrosion of corrosive media such as acid and alkali. It is suitable for transporting slurry containing acid or alkaline components. It can also ensure the stable operation of the pump in a harsh chemical environment.
High strength and impact resistance: High chromium alloy has high strength and can withstand large working pressure and impact loads. When rotating at high speed and transporting large particles and high concentration slurry, impellers and other components are not easily deformed or broken, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the pump.
Good thermal stability: It can maintain good performance in high-temperature environments. When dealing with high-temperature slurry, impellers and other components can work normally and are not easily deformed or burned by heat, and can adapt to some high-temperature slurry conveying conditions.
