Product Features and Applicable Working Conditions of AH/AHP/AHR Series Slurry Pumps

Features:

1. Heavy duty slurry pump, with thicker abrasive parts, is suitable for conveying high-concentration, strong abrasive media, which is allowed by the pump.

It can be used in series within the pressure bearing range.

2. Horizontal double-shell axial suction centrifugal slurry pump, the shell is cast iron, and the overflow part can be selected as metal or rubber material.

3. The bearing is an English heavy-duty roller bearing, which adopts grease lubrication form, and some metric bearings are also lubricated brackets.

4. Metal lining (AH) and rubber lining (AHR) are interchangeable.

5. The sealing forms include packing seal, metal pressure reducing cover secondary impeller, rubber pressure reducing cover secondary impeller, and single-end machine seal.

Applicable working conditions:

1. Ore dressing system: thick machine bottom flow pump, ore dressing process pump, cyclone feeding pump, tailings emission.
