SP vertical slurry pump: Structural features: It uses an open impeller, has good passability, can better deal with medium conveying conditions containing larger particles, and is not prone to clogging.

Application scenario: It is often used in metal ore and other industries, and has good effect on treating slurry containing larger particles. There are usually three upper bolts in its pump housing, which is easier to distinguish from other types of vertical slurry pumps in appearance.

Material selection: Overcurrent parts are divided into two materials: metal and rubber. When the conveyed slurry has strong wearability to the pump but does not have high requirements for corrosion resistance, you can choose overcurrent parts made of rubber, which can reduce costs to a certain extent and have good wear resistance; if there are high requirements for corrosion resistance, you can choose metal materials and perform corresponding anti-corrosion treatment.

ZJL vertical slurry pump: Structural features: Use closed impellers, suitable for occasions where the conveying particles are smaller or the medium is more viscous. Compared with open impellers, closed impellers have higher efficiency, but they have certain limitations on the size and concentration of particles in the medium.

Performance advantages: It has certain advantages in heading and is suitable for working conditions where higher heading is required.

Application scenarios: It is widely used in the domestic coal washing industry. In some scenarios where the head requirements are high, the medium particles are relatively small and the viscosity are relatively viscous, the ZJL vertical slurry pump is an ideal choice.

Long shaft liquid under vertical slurry pump: Structural features: Usually adopt a vertical single-stage single-suction cantilever structure. The pump shaft is long and can work deeply into the liquid without being restricted by suction range. This structure allows the pump to operate normally with low liquid level or high suction range requirements. Component composition: The main structural components include motor, coupling, bearing seat, long shaft, impeller, pump housing and sealing device. These components work together to ensure efficient and stable operation of the pump.

Application scenario: It is suitable for situations where liquid level changes greatly and requires deep work under the liquid, such as slurry transport in some large pools, deep pits and other environments.
