Common metal parts in Warman slurry pumps include impellers, F.P.L Insert , volute liners, and throat bushings. These parts are exposed to highly abrasive slurries and are typically made of high chrome alloy for superior wear resistance. Structural parts such as casing and bearing housings are usually made of grey or ductile iron.

For slurries with fine particles and high corrosiveness but low abrasiveness, rubber-lined components are commonly used in Warman pumps. Rubber impellers and liners offer good corrosion resistance and flexibility.

	Neoprene		S42		Neoprene is high strength synthetic elastomer with dynamic properties slightly inferior to natura rubber.It is less effected by temperature than natural rubber,has excellent weathering and ozone and exhibits oil resistance.

Urethane	Polyurethane	Impeller,Volute Liner, Trhoat Busing,Expeller, F.P.L Insert	U01		U01 is an erosion resistant material performs wellwhere tramp'is a problem.This is attributed to the high tear and tensile strength of U01. However,its general erosion resistance is inferior to that of natural rubber(R26,R08).
