CNSME®Slurry Pump Volute Liner

The volute liner is one of the main wetted parts in slurry pumps and plays a vital role in forming the pump chamber along with the throatbush and frame plate liner insert.

It features a spiral-shaped funnel that gradually increases in area towards the discharge port, reducing the fluid velocity and increasing pressure — helping balance hydraulic forces on the pump shaft.

Our volute liners are made from high chrome alloy (Cr 26–28%, HRC 60+), natural rubber, or polyurethane, offering excellent wear and corrosion resistance for a variety of demanding applications.
