How Should The Slurry Pump Deal With Itself In A High-temperature Working Environment?

Although summer is about to pass, the threat of high temperature still exists. The slurry pump may also be affected by high temperature during use, which will affect its working efficiency in the long run. If the ambient temperature is too high, we must adjust the machine in time. So when we encounter this situation, how should we operate the machine to keep it running normally without problems? How should it handle itself in a high-temperature working environment?

  1. Slow down the aging speed of the motor's main insulation, extend its service life, and enhance its high-temperature resistance.

  2. After adjusting the voltage of the slurry pump, reduce the operating current of the diaphragm pump to 210A, which relatively reduces the heat generation, thereby lowering the temperature.

  3. Try to balance the load distribution of the two busbars as much as possible to prevent excessive voltage drop due to overloading of one busbar.

  4. The pump body has a high speed, high air pressure, and large air volume, which greatly enhances the heat dissipation effect. Under the same ambient temperature and load current, the main motor temperature dropped by 12℃, and it did not exceed the standard in summer.

  5. The axial flow fan can be manually controlled. After the main motor is shut down, the axial flow fan can still be operated to cool the motor.

If the slurry pump wants to work normally at high temperatures, mechanical equipment can be adjusted in time according to the above methods to reduce the temperature of the pump body itself, so that it can operate better and extend the service life of the equipment.
