After adjusting the voltage of the slurry pump, the operating current of the diaphragm pump is reduced to 210a, and the heat value is relatively reduced, thereby reducing the temperature.3. Try to balance the load distribution of the two busbars as much as possible to prevent excessive voltage drop due to overloading of one busbar.4. The pump body has high speed, high air pressure, and large air volume, which greatly enhances the heat dissipation effect.Under the same ambient temperature and load current, the main temperature of the motor dropped by 12℃, and it did not exceed the standard in summer.5. The axial flow fan can be manually controlled.After the main motor is shut down, the axial flow fan can still be operated to cool the motor.If the slurry pump wants to work normally at high temperatures, then the mechanical equipment can be adjusted in time according to the above method to reduce the temperature of the pump body itself, so that it can operate better and extend the service life of the equipment.
