Inadequate flow of the slurry pump: Cause: Inadequate flow of the slurry pump is mostly caused by air leakage in the suction pipe and air leakage in the bottom valve; blockage of the water inlet; insufficient water inlet depth of the bottom valve; too low speed of the slurry pump; excessive wear of the sealing ring or impeller; excessive water absorption height, etc. Treatment method: Check the suction pipe and the bottom valve to block the air leakage source; clean the sludge or blockage at the water inlet; the water inlet depth of the bottom valve must be 1.5 times the diameter of the water inlet pipe, increase the water inlet depth of the bottom valve; check the power supply voltage, increase the speed of the slurry pump, replace the sealing ring or impeller; reduce the installation position of the slurry pump, or replace the high-lift slurry pump.

Too much power consumption: Cause: The speed of the slurry pump is too high; the spindle of the slurry pump is bent or the spindle of the slurry pump is not centered or parallel to the motor spindle; the head of the slurry pump is not suitable; the slurry pump is sucked in slurry or there are blockages; the ball bearing of the motor is damaged, etc. Treatment method: Check the circuit voltage and reduce the speed of the slurry pump; Correct the spindle of the slurry pump or adjust the relative position of the slurry pump to the motor; Choose a slurry pump with a suitable head; clean up slurry or blockages; replace the ball bearing of the motor.

The slurry pump body vibrates violently or produces noise: Causes of the production: the slurry pump is not installed firmly or the slurry pump is too high; the motor ball bearing is damaged; the slurry pump spindle is bent or is not centered or parallel to the motor spindle, etc. Treatment method: Install the slurry pump stably or reduce the installation height of the slurry pump; replace the motor ball bearing; correct the curved slurry pump spindle or adjust the relative position of the slurry pump and the motor. Overheating of the drive shaft or motor bearing: Cause of: lack of lubricating oil or bearing rupture, etc. Treatment method: add lubricating oil or replace the bearing. The slurry pump does not emit water: the cause: the pump body and suction pipe are not filled with water diversion; the water level is lower than the slurry pump water filter pipe; the suction pipe is broken, etc. Treatment method: eliminate the bottom valve fault and fill it with water; lower the installation position of the slurry pump, so that the filter pipe is below the moving water level, or wait for the moving water level to rise to the filter pipe before pumping water; repair or replace the suction pipe.
