Introduction to ZJ Slurry Pump

200 means: the outlet size of the pump is 200 mm, that is, 8 inches;

ZJ is actually an ordinary model of slurry pumps. The ZJ series slurry pumps are light slurry pumps, which are generally suitable for medium and low concentration slurry conveying. The abrasive performance is relatively within the medium and low range and is generally used more in the coal mine field.

60 represents the diameter of the impeller of the pump, in centimeters.

Working principle: It belongs to a centrifugal pump. Centrifugal force is generated by rotating the impeller, thereby achieving the purpose of slurry transport.

ZJ slurry pump structure: pump body pump cover and overflow components: ZJ type slurry pump shell is a double-layer housing structure. The outer layer is a metal pump shell (front pump shell, rear pump shell), and its material is usually HT200 or QT500 - 7. The inner shell can be made of high chrome alloy cast iron (including sheath, front guard plate, rear guard plate), or made of rubber (including front jacket, rear jacket).

Bearing assembly: The bearing assembly of ZJ slurry pump adopts a cylindrical structure, which is easy to adjust the gap between the impeller and the front guard plate, and can be removed as a whole during maintenance.

Shaft seal (seal): The shaft seal types of ZJ slurry pump include packing seal, impeller seal, and mechanical seal.

Overall performance: This series of ZJ slurry pumps are mainly used to treat corrosive slurries containing solid particles, such as the processing of concentrate and tailings of ore dressing plants, ash removal slag in power plants, coal preparation plants convey coal sludge and heavy-mediated coal preparation, and coastal river sand mining operations conveying mortar. The maximum weight concentration of the slurry processed by this series of ZJ slurry pump is: 50% mortar and 60% slurry. Can be used in series according to user needs.
