Product Overview
- The CNSME Submersible Centrifugal (vertical slurry) pump is a vertical cantilever slurry pump designed for submerged operation and heavy-duty slurry handling. It is manufactured from wear- and corrosion-resistant materials with multiple model sizes to cover a wide performance range (approx. 10–1,400 m3/h flow, heads up to ~64 m, power ratings up to ~200 kW, and sump depths ~900–2,100 mm). Wet-end material options include A05, A33, A49, A61 and R55.
Product Features
- Vertical, cantilevered, single-casing design that runs submerged (no shaft seal or sealing water).
- Multi-level impeller designs (open and cyclone options) for improved head and capacity.
- Wear- and corrosion-resistant impellers and casings (high-chrome irons and rubber linings available).
- Configurable drive shafts or suction tube lengths to adapt to different sump depths and working conditions.
- Low-noise, low-vibration design and simplified maintenance.
Product Value
- Reduced maintenance and operating costs due to the seal-less submerged design and robust wear materials.
- Improved plant productivity through higher head, higher efficiency impeller options and reliable continuous operation in harsh slurry environments.
- Greater equipment uptime and lower lifecycle cost from durable construction and simplified servicing.
- Flexible material and configuration choices allow better matching to specific slurry chemistries and concentrations.
Product Advantages
- High performance: multi-stage impeller options deliver strong head and pumping capacity across a broad operating envelope.
- High reliability: use of high-chrome alloys and engineered rubbers increases wear and corrosion resistance.
- Easy maintenance: vertical structure eliminates shaft seals and reduces components subject to failure.
- Strong adaptability: interchangeable shaft/suction tube lengths and a range of impeller types let the pump suit many slurry conditions.
- Technology and quality: built with introduced advanced slurry-pump technology and backed by a mature production and quality management system.
Application Scenarios
- Mining: tailings handling, ore concentrator slurry transfer and process circulation.
- Metallurgy: transporting high-concentration, abrasive slurries in smelting and processing lines.
- Coal industry: coal-washing slurry transfer and dense media circulation.
- Chemical industry: handling corrosive, coarse-particle and high-concentration slurries where submerged, wear-resistant pumping is required.
