Dabei ist zu beachten, dass der Flüssigkeitsstand im selbstansaugenden Tank höher sein muss als der Flüssigkeitsstand am Sauganschluss der Schlammpumpe, wodurch der Zweck der Schlammversorgung der Schlammpumpe erreicht wird, um sicherzustellen, dass die Schlammpumpe normal und kontinuierlich arbeiten kann und der Schlamm im Schlammtank durch die Auftriebsfunktion der Schlammpumpe entleert wird.
Nachdem die Schlammpumpe außer Betrieb genommen wurde, müssen Pumpe und selbstansaugender Tank mit einer Spülwasserleitung rückgespült werden. Dies soll die Ablagerung von Schlamm in der Schlammpumpe und dem selbstansaugenden Tank verhindern. Wird die Schlammpumpe erneut gestartet, ist der Flüssigkeitsstand im selbstansaugenden Tank immer höher als der Einlass der Schlammpumpe. Axialdichtungsteil:

Die Sekundärlaufradwellendichtung benötigt kein Wellendichtwasser, verdünnt die Erzaufschlämmung nicht und bietet eine gute Wellendichtwirkung.
