Vietnam Client Visit Update | On-Site Discussion for Vertical Slurry Pump Project Optimization

On November 30, 2025, our team arrived in Vietnam to begin a 10-day customer visit focused on real-site communication and technical support for slurry pump and vertical sump pump applications in mining operations.

One of the key stops during this trip was a local mining service company in Vietnam. This partner has been working with us for just over six months and previously completed their first purchase of a vertical sump pump for on-site operations. Over the past months of use, the equipment has shown stable performance under actual working conditions. As production requirements continue to evolve, the customer also raised new expectations for future system optimization and project expansion.

During the on-site meeting, our technical engineers reviewed the pump’s operating parameters in detail, including slurry concentration, particle size, working depth, duty cycle, and overall equipment layout. Based on real operating data, we provided targeted optimization suggestions for pump selection and wear-resistant material configuration to better match the next stage of production.

In addition to the existing vertical sump pump project, both sides also held discussions regarding future cooperation involving horizontal slurry pumps and mining spare parts. Several new project directions were exchanged, laying the foundation for deeper long-term collaboration.

For a company that has focused on slurry pumps and mining pump solutions for more than twenty years, every on-site visit is not only a service process, but also a valuable opportunity to further refine product performance based on real working conditions. This Vietnam customer visit is another practical step toward improving equipment reliability and application efficiency in overseas mining markets.
