Are Vertical Slurry Pumps and Under-liquid Slurry Pumps a Pump?

Are vertical slag slurry production pumps and sub-liquid slurry pumps a pump? People who dont know about slurry pumps will have questions about these two names. Is this a kind of pump? The answer is yes. They both refer to the same pump.

Due to different installation methods, there is a pump head of a slurry pump that will be immersed in the slurry, so it is called a slurry pump under the liquid. Because when it is installed, the motor is above the mounting plate and the pump head is below, it looks like it is standing up, so it is also called a vertical slurry pump.

Common series of under-liquid slurry pumps include: SP series, ZJL series. The overflow parts of these two series of slurry pumps are made of high chromium alloy. There is also a rubber material in the SP series.

There is also a kind of liquid under-liquid pump that is PNL series, and the overflow parts of this series are made of cast iron. It is more suitable for transporting slurries with only mud and no particulate matter.
