Application of Slurry Pump in Gold Mine Flotation

1. Coarse selection process: During the gold ore flotation process, the first thing is to do is to perform preliminary flotation of the gold ore raw ore. 3. Dehydration step: After the flotation process is completed, the concentrate after flotation needs to be dehydrated. To achieve this, the slurry pump transports the slurry to the dehydration equipment. In the dehydration process, the selected slurry pump should have good sealing and stability to ensure the smooth progress of the dehydration process. This not only improves the quality of concentrate, but also improves the recovery rate. Specifically, slurry pumps need to have high sealing performance and stability to prevent leakage or failure during the dehydration process. In addition, the material of the slurry pump also needs to have sufficient compression, wear and corrosion resistance to ensure stability during long-term operation.
